* chore(helm): secure secrets and add upgrade notes

* fix(helm): truncate context instead of suffix in componentName

* revert(docs): remove upgrade notes per feedback

* fix(helm): use componentName for COSI serviceAccountName

* helm: update master -ip to use component name for correct truncation
